Nest Structural Engineering specializes in the design of new custom residential, remodel, and renovation projects. We provide complete structural design services for homeowners, as well as sub-consult for architects. Every residential project is unique, and therefore we collaborate closely with our clients, their architects, and their contractors to deliver customized solutions. Nest also provides engineering services for commercial tenant improvement and other commercial projects. We have experience with materials such as hot-rolled steel, reinforced concrete, and light-gage steel. Working primarily in the Pacific Northwest, Nest has experience designing in both high seismic zones and high snow load zones.
Principal Engineer
Licensed in Washington, Oregon, and California. Jeremy has 10-years of engineering experience ranging from custom residential to commercial projects. He started his career in Truckee, CA gaining experience with heavy snow loads and high-end residential construction. He moved to Portland, OR and continued to gain experience in new construction, remodels, and commercial construction within a building jurisdiction known for high-seismic loading and tough plan reviews.
